A Day at the Aquarium

So I went to the aquarium yesterday. It was fun. This was my outfit. A floral dress I bought a while back. Where from? Not quite sure. I believe it may have been from Forever 21 though. Black thigh highs from ebay. And Doctor Martin knock-offs from ebay.
My Hair is different too. I have straight cut bangs and my new extensions arrived. They're 24 inches now. My hair won't stay just blonde for long though. I plan to dye the right half of it brown. Probably tomorrow.

It was a good day. Fun and exciting. Got lots of great pictures for my  DeviantArt. It was sunny too and a bit warm so I picked a good outfit choice for that day.

I also received my birthday present of a Rooster Teeth's RWBY jacket. I'm so happy with it. I wore it whenever it got a bit chilly in teh aquarium. I just love RWBY and it has my favorite character from the series on this jacket :3

San Fransico Japan Town Haul

So I went to Japan Town just yesterday and decided I'd post pictures of what I bought, like a haul video but in blog form. There's not much clothing but there is a few makeup related items. So it'll fit with the theme of this blog. And everything else is just pink and frilly-like so I figured that'd be fitting too.
 Molang Bunny Notebook: $1.50-Daiso
I love cute notebooks and stationary. I can never go to Japan Town and not buy some sort of stationary/notebook.
 Accessory Tower: $1.50-Daiso
I love this. It's so cute and holds all the jewelry I had no where to put.
Red & Black Ink Pen and Lead 0.5 and 0.7 mm Pencil in One: $1.50- Daiso
It's a bit confusing to figure out how to work this--but I'll get the hang of it.

Eyelash Case: $1.50-Daiso
I absolutely love this. I actually wish I would've picked up a second one. Hopefully I get the chance to go back soon and I'll grab like two more--I have a lot of fake eyelashes.
Flower and Jewel Hair Clips: $1.50-Daiso
There were so many pretty hair accessories. These were my favorites.
 White Pig Bank: $1.50-Daiso
I love piggy banks so when I saw this I just couldn't resist. Especially for a $1.50 only!
 Rose Lace-Looking Makeup Bag: $1.50-Daiso
I needed an actual makeup back and this one's just perfect. It's plastic-like instead of cloth (so if anything spills it'll be easy to clean) and it's super roomy and fits all my daily makeup in it.
 Wooden Bunny Rice Bowl: $1.50-Daiso
I kept telling myself to buy a rice bowl every time I got the chance to get one. And I never did till now. It has a bunny on it too!
 Toothbrush Case: $1.50-Ichiban Kan
I needed to toothbrush case for school. So why not get a really cute, pastel one?
 Instant Miso Soup: $3.59-Ichiban Kan
Miso soup is so good--now I have an easy and quick way to cook me some.
 Konpieto: $1.69 each-Nijiya Market
This is my favorite candy of all time. It's the little star candy from Studio Ghibli's Spirited Away.
 Furikake: $2.29-Ichiban Kan
I can't eat rice without this anymore. It's the best seasoning.
 Lace Socks: $1.50-Daiso
These socks are great for shoes that show the top of your foot. They're also helpful when you have shoes that are just a size to big--like I do. They kind of fill in the empty space and keep you from getting blisters because the shoes no scrapping against the back of your foot/ankle.
 Eyebrow Pencil in Brown: $1.50-Daiso
I didn't get this for my eyebrows. I got this to use for fake freckles. I would've preferred brown mascara (that works best) but I couldn't find any. Luckily this works well too.
 Panda Pocky: $1.99-Ichiban Kan
If you haven't tried Pocky, you need to.
 Mini Kitty Notebook: $1.50-Ichiban Kan
Once again, cute notebooks. Always have to leave with a couple.
 Sebastian Keychain: $6.99-JPN Toys
I actually bought a Ciel one too (in a blue cow suit) and gave that to my boyfriend. Because we're soon cosplaying as Ciel and Sebastian and he's Sebastian and I'm Ciel, so it's like I have him me and I got him (as a keychain).
 Collagen Face Mask- $1.50-Daiso
I've never tried a face mask like these before. I'm excited too. I'll review it for you all once I use the two sheets. I probably should've grabbed a few more packages.
 Shading Brush: $1.50-Ichiban Kan
I'm always contouring so this will come in handy.
 Fake Eyelashes: $1.50-Ichiban Kan
I love fake eyelashes. Of course I had to grab some at this price! They're actually really nice quality too.
 Eyelash Tweezers: $2.00-Ichiban Kan
Since I'm always using fake eyelashes, tweezers specifically made for them should come in handy.
 Meiji Apollo Chocolate: $1.59-Nijiya Market
This is such good candy, well, chocolate.
 Strawberry Scented Nail Polish: $1.50-Daiso
It's not actually strawberry scented but hey, I hoped. It's still a really pretty color. And super cheap. I wish I would've grabbed a few more different colors.
Chocolate Tofu Cellphone Holder: $7.99- (Can't remember store's name)
This is the entire reason-well, partial- I wanted to go. I saw this last time I was there and just had to get one this time. It's so cute!
 Fake Eyelashes: $1.50-Daiso
Currently my favorite eyelashes. I like how they're only half the eyelash because I prefer the outer ends of my eyelashes to be the fullest and longest.
Strawberry Trash Bin: $1.50-Daiso
I've been needing a new trash can for my room. I don't really have one at the moment. So I grabbed this one, it matches my curtains.

Closet Tag: Update

I've uploaded the Tops section to my Closet Tag series.
Past Closet Tag videos:

Outfit of the Day: Totoro Tights and Pink Hair

Wig: eBay ~Search- Long Light Pink Party Wig (heat resistant) or Link Here
Necklace: Tilly's
Top: Kmart (from a few years back)
Skirt: eBay ~Search- Black High-Waisted Skirt or Link Here
Tights: eBay ~Search- Totoro Tights or Link Here
Shoes: eBay ~Search- Vintage Floral Martin Boots or Link Here
This is one of my favorite outfits at the moment. This wig is just gorgeous. It looks real, it's soft, it doesn't slip, and it's not made of some cheap plastic material (you can tell when you feel it). My only complaint is that it can get tangled fairly easy sometimes, but that blame can also fall on the owner for doing too much when wearing it. It isn't to hard to untangled though (make sure you have a wig brush!).
The skirt has always been a favorite of mine. No complaints about it here. I guess that only complaints I can see people making is that this skirt is from Asia and sold in a one size only.
The tights are perfect. They're my favorite tights and one of my favorite things about them is that they're sturdy! Unlike a lot of tights they aren't as thin and don't feel like they'd get rips in them too easily. Tip: Spray with hairspray after opening, before putting them on and once they're on. Hairsprays a little trick I've always used to help keep my thinner tights and stocking from ripping too easily.
The boots are great. Perfect for if you're like me and always wanted a pair of floral Dr. Martens but in no way would be able to ever afford them. They're super cheap (but not in quality!) and unlike some shoes, the size they say they are is the size they are (I know a lot of shoes that tend to run a size smaller than what they say--or bigger).
For jewelry I had the ice cream necklace seen in the picture up above, and a cat ring that can be found in one of the pictures down below. The cat ring is currently one of my favorite accessories at the moment. And, of course, I have my silver Irish Claddagh ring that I never take off. And two hair ties (because someone always needs a hair tie).
Now the shirt. Too balance out the pink wig I decided for the overall outfit to go with mainly neutral colors and simpler pieces. Originally I had on this pink off the shoulder top (as seen below) but decided to change it for a more neutral color (the pink wig was all the pink I needed for this outfit). I love both looks and kind of wish I had just gone with the pink top to wear for the day, but going with the cream colored top didn't make me love the outfit any less.
Top: Either Styles For Less or Tilly's (I honestly can't remember which one)

Just another look at the Totoro tights. I love tights and leggings and have far too many for just one person, and these tights are my absolute favorite at the moment. I just want to wear them all the time--but unfortunately going to a school with a uniform doesn't give me the chance to wear them as much as I'd like. ~Sigh~
I must say. I adore these boots, but I wouldn't wear them if you plan to do a lot of all day walking. I don't know whether it was the boots or just me not being fit enough to walk all day, but my feet were aching buy the end of my all-day shopping trip today. I think it wouldn't be a problem if I invested in some of those nice shoe inserts.
Just a look at the bottom half of my outfit, by far my favorite part of this outfit.
